With thousands of kilometres of shoreline, breathtaking vistas and plenty of space to explore, the Shuswap Lakes provide the perfect destination for your next holiday. From Celista to Sorrento, and Salmon Arm to Sicamous the cities and towns of the North and South Shuswap regions await you.

For a truly Shuswap experience, be sure to book a houseboat holiday in Salmon Arm or Sicamous, the 'Houseboat Capital of Canada'. Looking for an alternative to the lakes? Why not visit one of the many agritourism operators in the area. From local fruit stands to award-winning wineries and cheesemakers, there is something for everyone.

Looking for a winter escape? Sicamous, Enderby and Salmon Arm all offer excellent access to local snowmobile trails. Hunter's Range south-east of Sicamous offers the best snowmobiling in Canada, and stunning views down the valleys. For downhill skiing and X-country trails, Sun Peaks and Silver Star are on your doorstep.

Accommodation in the region ranges from guest ranches and lodges to bed & breakfasts and private vacation rentals. Be sure to book your stay at any one of these excellent year-round facilities.

Step into the past at Seymour Arm, at the end of Shuswap Lake. Stay for lunch at the historic hotel, or book a cabin or campsite and stay the week! The Shuswap's very own piece of goldrush history, Seymour Arm was once a bustling settlement during the 1860s, as a main access to the Columbia River.

Looking for a little whitewater thrill? Look no further than the Adams River. Whitewater rafting for all levels awaits you within an easy drive of Sorrento and Salmon Arm.
